Trehan IRIS to Invest ₹1,300 Crore in Gurugram Housing Project
GURUGRAM | July 30, 2026: Trehan IRIS has announced a ₹1,300 crore investment to develop Omara, a premium residential project in Sector 80, Gurugram.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2029.
320 Premium Homes Planned
The residential development will be spread across 5.08 acres and will include 320 residences.
The project will offer:
- 3.5 BHK homes
- 4.5 BHK homes
- Apartment sizes ranging from 3,250 sq ft to 4,150 sq ft
