M3M India to Invest ₹600 Crore in Gurugram Commercial Project, Targets ₹1,500 Crore Revenue

GURUGRAM | July 30, 2026: Real estate developer M3M India has announced a ₹600 crore investment to develop M3M Capital Financial Center (CFC), a Grade-A commercial project in Sector 113, Gurugram.
The project is expected to generate ₹1,500 crore in revenue and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2029.
Commercial Tower to Offer Offices, Retail and Multiplex Spaces
Spread across 1.42 acres, the development will feature a 22-storey tower with 165 units, including:
- 152 office spaces
- 6 multiplex units
- 7 retail units
According to the company, a global aviation company has already acquired approximately 75,000 sq ft of office space in the project.
Growing Demand for Premium Commercial Space
The new development reflects continued demand for Grade-A office and mixed-use commercial projects in Gurugram, one of India's leading business hubs.
The project is expected to strengthen commercial real estate activity in the Dwarka Expressway corridor.
