Godrej Properties Allots 535 Shares Under Employee Stock Grant Scheme

Mumbai | August 11, 2026: Godrej Properties Limited has allotted 535 equity shares to employees who exercised stock grants under the company’s Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2011.
The allotment was approved by the authorised Allotment Committee of the company’s Board of Directors on August 11, 2026.
535 employee stock grants converted into equity shares
Under the Godrej Properties Limited Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2011, option grantees exercised 535 stock grants, with each grant equivalent to one equity share of the company.
Following the exercise, the company allotted 535 equity shares with a face value of ₹5 each to the eligible option grantees.
For employees, such stock-based schemes provide an opportunity to participate directly in the company's equity as part of their compensation and long-term incentive structure.
Godrej Properties’ paid-up capital increases
Following the allotment, Godrej Properties' issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital increased to ₹1,506.13 crore.
