Buyers Can Opt for Instalment Payments
UPAVP has also provided instalment options for eligible buyers.

- MIG buyers need to pay 40%
- HIG buyers need to pay 50%
EWS properties can be paid for in up to 180 monthly instalments, while MIG and HIG properties can be paid for in up to 120 monthly instalments.
Buyers making full payment within 60 days of the allotment letter can also receive an additional 2% discount on the building value.
