Ghaziabad, August 20, 2026: The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has allotted 241 residential plots under the second phase of its Madhuban Bapudham Housing Scheme through an online e-lottery.

The draw was conducted on Wednesday at Hindi Bhawan Auditorium in Lohia Nagar, with the process streamed live on GDA's YouTube channel to maintain transparency.

241 Residential Plots Allotted

The e-lottery began at 11:30 am, with applicants able to watch the allotment process online. The names of successful applicants were announced during the draw.

The allotment has brought relief to applicants who had been waiting for an opportunity to secure a residential plot under the GDA's housing scheme.

GDA Highlights Transparent Allotment Process

GDA officials said the entire allotment process was conducted online in accordance with the prescribed rules. The authority also interacted with selected allottees after the draw to record their reactions.

For applicants, the e-lottery provides clarity on the allotment outcome while reducing concerns around manual selection.

What It Means for Homebuyers

The allotment of 241 plots gives successful applicants a direct opportunity to move ahead with their plans for building a home in the Madhuban Bapudham residential scheme.

The development is also significant for Ghaziabad's housing market as GDA continues to use planned housing schemes and transparent allotment processes to make residential plots available to applicants.
