New Delhi, August 20, 2026: Homebuyers looking for government-backed housing in Delhi have another opportunity as the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has added 1,287 flats in Narela to its Citizens Housing Scheme 2026.

The new inventory includes 790 MIG and 497 HIG flats in Pocket-3 and Pocket-4 of Sectors A1-A4. Bookings will open at 12 noon on August 28, 2026, on a first-come, first-served basis.


Prices Start at ₹73.02 Lakh After Discount

The flats are being offered with a 25% discount, making the scheme particularly relevant for buyers looking for larger homes at relatively lower prices compared with several established Delhi markets.

In Pocket-3, 386 MIG flats are priced between ₹73.02 lakh and ₹81.12 lakh after the discount. The 230 HIG flats are priced between ₹1.0096 crore and ₹1.1639 crore.

In Pocket-4, 404 MIG flats are available at ₹73.71 lakh to ₹81.96 lakh, while 267 HIG flats are priced between ₹96.86 lakh and ₹1.1216 crore after the discount.


Booking Starts on August 28

The additional flats will follow the same terms and conditions applicable to the Citizens Housing Scheme 2026 launched earlier this year.

Interested buyers can register through the DDA housing portal. Those already registered under another DDA first-come, first-served housing scheme do not need to register again.

 


Additional Charges Will Apply

Buyers should note that the discounted flat prices do not include certain additional charges. Maintenance, conversion and water connection charges will be collected separately when the demand-cum-allotment letter is issued.
