Lodha Developers Elevates Kunal Gandhi to Senior Management Role

Mumbai, September 2, 2026: Lodha Developers has elevated Kunal Gandhi to the position of Senior Management Personnel (SMP), effective September 1, 2026, in a move that could strengthen the company's focus on regional growth and customer strategy.

The appointment was approved by the company's board following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Gandhi has more than 20 years of experience across corporate strategy, regional expansion and entrepreneurship.

Gandhi Brings Pune Market Experience

Gandhi joined Lodha Developers in 2018 and previously led the company's corporate strategy function before moving to Pune. He later served as Deputy Regional CEO for Pune from 2023, where his responsibilities included strengthening customer experience and the company's brand presence in the region.

He holds a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and a postgraduate degree from IIM Ahmedabad.

His experience across strategy and the Pune residential market could be relevant as Lodha Developers continues to strengthen its presence across Western India's real estate markets.

Management Restructuring at Lodha

Alongside Gandhi's elevation, Tikam Jain has ceased to be classified as Senior Management Personnel from September 1 as part of an internal organisational restructuring. Jain will continue with the company in an operational role.

The management changes have been disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
