GDA to Auction 84 Plots in Ghaziabad With Mixed Land Use Sites in Indirapuram

Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh | September 7, 2026: The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is conducting an auction of 84 plots across its various schemes today, with Indirapuram and its extension accounting for the largest share. The auction includes 62 plots in Indirapuram, while five mixed land-use plots are being offered for the first time.
62 Plots Offered in Indirapuram
The auction includes 62 plots in Indirapuram and its extension, making the area the main focus of the latest GDA property sale. Plot sizes range from 120 square metres to 7,000 square metres, covering multiple property categories.
Mixed Land Use Plots Make Their Debut
For the first time, GDA has included five mixed land-use plots in the auction. These plots are located along 18-metre-wide roads and can be used for permitted residential and commercial activities subject to the approved building plan.
The mixed-use option could attract buyers looking for greater flexibility in developing property for both residential and commercial purposes.
Residential and Commercial Options Available
Apart from mixed-use plots, the auction includes residential, commercial, shop, hotel, kiosk and group housing plots. Institutional plots for facilities such as schools, hospitals, nursing homes and health centres are also part of the offering.
Plots Across Major Ghaziabad Locations
Properties are being offered in several established and developing areas, including Vaishali, Kaushambi, Karpuripuram, Indraprastha Yojana, Madhuban Bapudham and the Ambedkar Road District Centre. Different categories of plots have been earmarked across these locations.
Auction Could Support City Development
GDA expects stronger revenue from the sale of these properties, with proceeds planned to support development works in the city. The highest bidder will be considered for allotment under the auction process.
What It Means for Ghaziabad Property Buyers
The auction gives investors and businesses access to plots in some of Ghaziabad's established corridors. The introduction of mixed land-use plots is particularly significant because it offers additional development flexibility, subject to applicable planning and building regulations.
For prospective bidders, however, the final investment decision should consider the plot's location, permitted land use, road frontage, development charges and applicable GDA conditions rather than the bid price alone.
