ASK Property Fund Commits ₹300 Crore to Two Ghaziabad Residential Projects

Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh | September 3, 2026
ASK Property Fund, the real estate investment arm of the Blackstone-backed ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group, has committed ₹300 crore to two residential developments in Ghaziabad. The investments underline continued institutional interest in the NCR residential market, particularly in established locations with existing urban infrastructure.
₹300 Crore Investment Targets Two Ghaziabad Projects
The fund has committed capital to two residential developments covering a combined 6.2 acres.
The first is a 4.7-acre project by BRV Group in Vasundhara, while the second is a 1.5-acre development by KW Group in Indirapuram. Both locations are established residential markets within Ghaziabad and have access to the wider NCR property ecosystem.
Institutional Capital Shows Confidence in NCR Housing
The investment comes as residential development continues to attract institutional capital across the National Capital Region.
For developers, funding from established real estate investment platforms can provide additional capital to execute projects, while buyers may benefit from projects backed by stronger financial resources and structured development partnerships.
ASK Property Fund Exits Chennai Project With ₹340 Crore Realisation
ASK Property Fund has also recently exited its investment in Shriram 122 West, a residential project by Shriram Properties in Chennai.
The fund invested ₹215 crore in the project and realised ₹340 crore through the exit in August 2026. The transaction demonstrates the fund's strategy of recycling capital from completed or mature investments into new opportunities.
₹500 Crore NCR Platform Partnership With Bhumika Group
In another major move, ASK Property Fund has entered into a ₹500 crore platform arrangement with Bhumika Group to invest in real estate developments across the NCR.
The platform is expected to focus on residential projects, including plotted developments, providing another source of institutional capital for the region's expanding housing market.
₹125 Crore Planned for Faridabad Plotted Development
Under the Bhumika partnership, ASK Property Fund proposes to invest ₹125 crore in a 20-acre plotted development project in Faridabad.
The planned investment adds plotted housing to the fund's NCR strategy and reflects growing institutional interest in land-based residential development alongside conventional apartment projects.
What the Investments Mean for NCR Property Markets
The combined investments in Ghaziabad and Faridabad point to continued confidence in the NCR's residential growth story.
Established markets such as Vasundhara and Indirapuram can benefit from fresh project capital, while plotted development in Faridabad could expand housing options as the city's connectivity and urban footprint grow.
For homebuyers and property investors, the entry of institutional capital can also be an indicator of developers and investment managers identifying locations with long-term residential demand.
