Raymond Realty Q2 Pre-Sales Double to Rs 902 Crore

New Delhi, October 6, 2026: Raymond Realty has told the exchanges that its provisional pre-sales for July-September 2026 came in at Rs 902 crore, up 98% from Rs 455 crore a year earlier. The company did this without launching a new project in the quarter.

The numbers

  • Collections: Rs 682 crore, up 67%

  • First-half pre-sales: Rs 1,602 crore, up 111% from Rs 760 crore

  • Borrowings: gross debt rose Rs 125 crore to Rs 1,220 crore; net debt is Rs 914 crore, and the debt-to-equity ratio stays under the board's 1.0x ceiling

  • Cash: liquidity of Rs 306 crore

What drove it

CEO Harmohan Sahni credited steady "sustenance" sales, meaning demand for homes already on the market, along with steady price realisation. Reports tie much of the activity to the company's Address by GS portfolio.

That matters because a launch-led quarter can look great and then fade. Selling hard without a launch suggests existing projects still have pull.

What comes next

Raymond Realty says it has a pipeline of launches in the Mumbai region with a combined gross development value (GDV) above Rs 4,100 crore, and it remains on track for roughly 20% pre-sales growth in FY27.

The market reaction

Shares closed 6.77% higher at Rs 691.95 on Monday, though they remain below the 52-week high of Rs 741.95 hit on September 25. This is not investment advice, and the figures are provisional.
