Sushant Golf City Property Owners May Face ₹1,150 Per Sq Metre Completion Charge
LUCKNOW: Sushant Golf City mein ghar banane ya property registration ki planning kar rahe owners ke liye development-related cost badh sakti hai. Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) building map approval ya registration ke stage par ₹1,150 per square metre completion charge lagane ka proposal taiyar kar raha hai.
Proposed charge ka purpose township mein pending infrastructure works ko complete karne ke liye fund generate karna hai. Ismein roads, sewerage, electricity supply, substations aur other civic amenities jaise kaam shamil hain.
Kin Property Owners Par Pad Sakta Hai Charge
LDA ke proposal ke mutabik, Sushant Golf City mein property owners ko completion charge dena pad sakta hai.
Jo owners apne ghar ka building map approve karwana chahte hain, unke liye charge map approval ke waqt applicable hoga. Existing house owners ke case mein registration ke time bhi completion charge lagaya ja sakta hai.
Final implementation LDA Board ki approval ke baad clear hogi.
EWS Aur LIG Plot Holders Ko Milegi Chhoot
Proposal mein economically weaker section (EWS) aur lower income group (LIG) ke plot holders ko relief diya gaya hai.
50 square metre tak ke EWS aur LIG plots completion charge se exempt rahenge. LDA ke mutabik, is exemption se 10,000 se zyada allottees ko benefit mil sakta hai.
Yeh exemption township ke lower-income category ke homeowners par additional financial burden ko kam karegi.
₹1,150 Charge Ka Paisa Kahan Lagega
LDA ka kehna hai ki completion charge se collect hone wali amount ko township ke pending development works par kharch kiya jayega.
Sushant Golf City mein infrastructure ke kuch important components abhi complete hone baaki hain. Proposed fund ka use roads, sewerage network, electricity infrastructure, substations aur other civic facilities ko develop karne mein kiya ja sakta hai.
Authority ke officials ke mutabik, collected amount ko LDA ke revenue source ke roop mein use karne ke bajay area ke development ke liye rakha jayega.
LDA Ko Township Complete Karne Ki Badi Responsibility
Yeh proposal state cabinet ke 15 September 2026 ke decision ke baad aaya hai, jisme Sushant Golf City ko LDA ke takeover ko approval diya gaya tha.
Developer ke project ko complete na kar paane ke baad township ke development aur future approvals ko lekar uncertainty bani hui thi. Ab LDA infrastructure completion aur building approval process ko streamline karne ki planning kar raha hai.
Property Buyers Aur Owners Ko Kya Samajhna Chahiye
Sushant Golf City mein property kharidne ya construction start karne wale buyers ke liye proposed charge ko total property cost mein include karna important hoga.
Grihik angle: Agar ₹1,150 per square metre charge approve hota hai, to plot size ke hisaab se additional cost directly property owner's budget ko affect karegi. Buyers ko deal final karne se pehle yeh confirm karna chahiye ki proposed completion charge kis situation mein applicable hoga, payment kis stage par karni hogi aur property ke pending development works ka status kya hai.
LDA Board ki meeting mein proposal par decision ke baad charge ki final applicability aur implementation process clearer ho sakti hai.
