Manglam Group to Invest ₹1,000 Crore in PinkWest Commercial Hub on Jaipur-Ajmer Highway

JAIPUR | July 22, 2026: Real estate developer Manglam Group has announced a ₹1,000 crore investment in PinkWest, a large integrated commercial development planned along the Jaipur-Ajmer Highway.
The company expects the project to generate an estimated revenue potential of around ₹1,500 crore once fully developed.
Mixed-Use Development Planned Across 13 Lakh Sq Ft
PinkWest will be developed over approximately 13 lakh square feet and is designed as a mixed-use commercial destination.
The project will feature:
- Retail outlets.
- Office spaces.
- Hospitality facilities.
- Restaurants and cafés.
- Entertainment zones.
- Lifestyle spaces.
The integrated format aims to bring shopping, business and leisure activities together within a single development.
Hundreds of Retail and Office Units Planned
According to the developer, the commercial project will include:
- 287 retail units.
- 262 office spaces.
The project is expected to cater to businesses, retailers and service providers looking to establish a presence along one of Jaipur's key growth corridors.
Sheraton Hotel to Be Part of the Project
A major highlight of PinkWest is a 220-key Sheraton hotel, which will be developed in collaboration with Marriott International.
The hospitality component will:
- Cover more than 3 lakh square feet.
- Involve an estimated investment of around ₹350 crore.
The hotel is expected to strengthen the project's appeal as a business and lifestyle destination.
Completion Target Set for 2029
Manglam Group plans to complete the development by 2029.
Construction is expected to progress in phases, with the commercial, office and hospitality components forming part of the overall integrated development.
