HSVP Plot Owners Alert Last Chance to Settle Pending Dues Before December 31

CHANDIGARH | July 15, 2026: The Haryana Shehari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) has announced a final opportunity for eligible plot allottees to resolve pending enhancement-related dues under its Vivadon Se Samadhan Yojana. Eligible applicants can apply until December 31, 2026, after which authorities may begin proceedings to resume plots in cases where dues remain unresolved.

The move is aimed at reducing long-pending enhancement disputes involving residential, institutional, industrial and group housing plots across Haryana.

Final Window for Eligible Plot Allottees

According to the latest announcement, the scheme provides a one-time settlement option for eligible allottees who have pending enhancement liabilities linked to land compensation.

Authorities have clarified that this will be the final opportunity under the current settlement window.

More Categories Included This Time

The scheme has been expanded to cover a wider range of allottees, including:

  • Residential plot allottees
  • Floor-wise registered properties
  • Group housing sites
  • Institutional plots
  • Industrial plots

It also allows eligible applicants who could not participate in previous settlement drives to apply this time.

103 Sectors Covered

HSVP has identified 103 sectors where enhancement-related dues are pending.

Thousands of allottees are expected to benefit from the settlement mechanism, which also provides financial relief for eligible applicants as per the scheme guidelines.

Fully Online Application Process

Applicants can check their eligibility, settlement amount and applicable relief through the official HSVP portal using their allotted Plot ID and login credentials.

The authority has said the entire process has been designed to remain transparent and digital.

What Happens After the Deadline?

Officials have stated that eligible allottees who fail to apply before December 31, 2026 may face further action as per applicable HSVP rules, including proceedings related to unresolved allotments where required.

Applicants are therefore advised to verify their eligibility and complete the process within the prescribed timeline.

Why This Matters

Enhancement-related disputes have remained unresolved for several years in many Haryana sectors. This final settlement window provides eligible plot owners an opportunity to regularise pending dues, avoid prolonged disputes and move towards completing their allotment obligations under the applicable HSVP provisions.
