Haryana Plot Owners Get Fresh Chance to Clear Dues and Protect Their Properties
Chandigarh, Haryana | September 12, 2026: Thousands of plot owners across Haryana have received a fresh opportunity to settle long-pending dues and avoid the risk of losing their allotted properties. The Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) has launched the Vivadon Se Samadhan Scheme 2026, offering relief of more than ₹724 crore to around 4,414 eligible allottees.
The scheme covers properties across 103 sectors and could be particularly important for owners whose plots are stuck in disputes over enhancement charges.
₹724 Crore Relief Covers Multiple Property Types
The one-time settlement scheme primarily addresses disputes related to plot enhancement, while also extending an opportunity to eligible allottees who could not benefit from earlier HSVP schemes.
