Greater Noida Clears 6% Abadi Plot Claim for Four Farmers in Aimanabad

GREATER NOIDA, August 31, 2026: Four farmers from Aimanabad village could soon receive 6% abadi plots after the Greater Noida Authority found them eligible for the benefit against land acquired in the notified area.

The decision could also raise expectations among other farmers whose claims for abadi plots have remained pending.

Four Farmers Found Eligible

After examining official records and the January 28, 1991 khatauni, the authority identified four eligible farmers — Ratan Lal, Narendra, Khemchand and Dharam Singh.

Their land was acquired within the Greater Noida notified area, making them eligible for a 6% abadi plot under the applicable policy.

15 Days Given for Objections

The authority's Land Records Department issued a public notice on August 27.

Any individual, organisation or other interested party can submit an objection to the eligibility of the four farmers within 15 days, along with supporting documents and evidence.

 

Allocation Could Begin After Objection Period

If no valid objections are received during the stipulated period, the authority is expected to proceed with the allotment process for the 6% abadi plots.

The development provides relief to the four farmers and could also offer hope to other landowners awaiting similar benefits from the Greater Noida Authority.
