DDA Nagrik Awas Yojana Offers 1,287 Flats in Narela With 25% Discount
New Delhi, August 27, 2026: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is launching a new housing scheme offering 1,287 HIG and MIG flats in Narela. Bookings will open from August 28, 2026, at 12 noon, on a first-come, first-served basis.
25% Discount on Narela Flats
The scheme covers flats in Sector A1 to A4, Pocket 3 and Pocket 4 of Narela. Buyers will receive a 25% discount, with prices after the discount ranging from around ₹73 lakh to ₹1 crore.
- 230 HIG flats: ₹1 crore
- 267 HIG flats: ₹96.86 lakh
- 386 MIG flats: ₹73.02 lakh
- 404 MIG flats: ₹73.71 lakh
Connectivity Is a Key Highlight
The flats are located near several upcoming and existing connectivity projects. The proposed Narela Metro station is around 1 km away, while the proposed Narela RRTS station is around 1.5 km away. GT Karnal Road is around 500 metres away.
The area is also being developed as an emerging education and sports hub, with the Narela Sports Complex located around 1 km from the project.
Ready-to-Move and Freehold Properties
The flats are being offered as ready-to-move-in and freehold properties. The booking process will be completely online, while sample flats will also be available for buyers who want to inspect the properties before booking.
Booking Starts August 28
Interested buyers can register and book through the official DDA website and its e-services portal. The booking window opens at 12 noon on August 28, 2026.
