This indicates that the developer is continuing to build its residential project pipeline in Bengaluru.

In May 2026, Puravankara secured 14.57 acres in Mandur, with a potential GDV of ₹2,300 crore and around 1.8 million sq ft of saleable area.
What This Means for Bengaluru Homebuyers
The expansion adds to the pipeline of new residential projects across Bengaluru's established and developing corridors.
For homebuyers, new large-scale developments can mean more housing options, but buyers should wait for project-specific details such as the exact location, RERA registration, configuration, pricing, amenities and possession timeline before making a purchase decision.
Grihik Property Takeaway
Puravankara's latest 7.83-acre JDA shows continued developer interest in southeast Bengaluru's established residential corridors.
For buyers tracking upcoming projects, the important factors will be the project's exact micro-market, connectivity, RERA registration, launch pricing and construction timeline once the development is formally announced.
