Prayagraj, June 4: Negotiations with farmers for land purchase are in the final stages. The Aero City will offer residential and commercial plots ranging from 50 sqm to over 2,500 sqm.

After the Aero City is developed, the price of plots is likely to be fixed at ₹30,000 to ₹32,000 per sqm. The PDA has started assessing land prices.
