Meerut Homebuyers Get a Chance to Buy 201 Plots Through MDA E-Auction From August 25
Meerut, August 24, 2026: If you are planning to build a home, shop or commercial property in Meerut, the Meerut Development Authority (MEDA) is putting 201 residential and commercial plots up for e-auction.
The online process will begin on August 25, 2026, while bidding for commercial plots will take place on September 12 and residential plots on September 13.
201 Plots Up for E-Auction
MEDA will auction a total of 201 plots, including:
- 67 residential plots
- 134 commercial plots
Applicants can deposit the required earnest money between August 25 and September 9 to participate in the auction.
Where Are the Plots Located?
The commercial plots are spread across locations including Ganganagar, Ved Vyas Puri, Shatabdi Nagar, Sainik Vihar, Lohiya Nagar and Defence Enclave.
Residential plots are available in Shatabdi Nagar, Ganganagar, Defence Enclave, Lohiya Nagar and Pandav Nagar.
MEDA said the plots have been created by dividing larger unused land parcels into smaller plots as part of its land monetisation exercise.
