Gaurs Group Targets ₹5,500 Crore Sales as Noida and Yamuna Expressway Get Major Project Push

New Delhi, August 28, 2026: Gaurs Group is targeting around ₹5,500 crore in housing sales bookings in FY 2026-27, with its next growth phase focused on Noida, Ghaziabad and the Yamuna Expressway corridor.
The developer plans to launch three to four residential projects by March 2027, adding fresh supply across some of NCR’s most closely watched real estate markets.
Yamuna Expressway Becomes a Key Growth Market
Gaurs Group is aggressively expanding along the Yamuna Expressway, citing the availability of land parcels and growing development potential in the corridor.
The company has also acquired land in Noida Sectors 129 and 150, while two additional projects are awaiting necessary approvals.
Why Noida and Yamuna Expressway Matter
The company’s expansion comes as infrastructure development around Noida and the Yamuna Expressway continues to attract residential and commercial investment.
For homebuyers, new project launches could mean more housing choices, while investors will be watching whether increasing supply and infrastructure development translate into sustained demand and price growth.
Developer Focuses on Faster Construction
Gaurs Group is also investing in faster construction methods, including dry construction, prefabricated components and controlled-environment manufacturing.
The company expects these methods to help reduce construction timelines and costs, while limiting on-site activity during periods when Delhi-NCR faces pollution-related construction restrictions.
₹150 Crore Seaform Partnership
As part of its premium housing strategy, Gaurs Group has entered into a ₹150 crore partnership with German brand Seaform Germany for modular kitchens and wardrobes.
The partnership is expected to cover more than 10,000 premium kitchens over five years across the developer's ongoing and upcoming residential projects.
What This Means for NCR Property Buyers
Gaurs Group’s expansion highlights the growing importance of Noida, Yamuna Expressway and Ghaziabad in NCR’s residential market. With multiple projects planned before March 2027, buyers could see increased options across both premium and mainstream housing segments.
However, buyers should compare project approvals, location, connectivity, construction timelines and pricing before making an investment decision.
Grihik Takeaway: A ₹5,500 crore sales target backed by new launches shows that developers continue to see strong potential in NCR. The bigger story is the shift towards the Yamuna Expressway and Noida as major future residential growth corridors.
