The developments will together cover around 1.5 million sq ft of built-up area, adding fresh residential supply in two major urban growth corridors.

The partnership has secured two land parcels for the first phase of its residential development plan.

- Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow

Ghaziabad Project Gets 8,750 Sq Metre Land Parcel
The Ghaziabad project is planned on an approximately 8,750 sq metre land parcel in Madhuban Bapudham.
The site was acquired through an auction conducted by the Ghaziabad Development Authority.
Madhuban Bapudham has emerged as a major planned development zone within Ghaziabad, making the new project part of a broader expansion of organised residential supply in the city.
For prospective buyers, the authority-auctioned land parcel also provides a clear development-origin point for the project, with further project-specific approvals and details expected as development progresses.
Lucknow Project Planned in Gomti Nagar Extension
The second land parcel measures around 10,328 sq metres and is located in Gomti Nagar Extension.
The land was acquired through an auction conducted by the Lucknow Development Authority.
The project benefits from connectivity to key parts of Lucknow, including Shaheed Path, IT City and Lucknow International Airport.
