New Delhi: Prestige Estates Projects Limited has informed the stock exchanges that the Bombay High Court has set aside an order of the Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal (MahaREAT) in connection with the Turf View Project in Mahalaxmi.

High Court Order

By an order dated 29 September 2026, the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has restored:

  • The Order dated 2 September 2022 that had de-registered the Turf View Project in Mahalaxmi; and

  • The Order/Note dated 29 October 2021 that had approved the change of promoter of the project.

 

 

Settlement of Disputes

Following the High Court order, all concerned parties have duly settled their respective disputes and claims relating to the matter.

The company stated that the resolution brings closure to the proceedings and restores the regulatory position as it stood under the earlier orders of 2021 and 2022.

Official Communication

Prestige Estates Projects Limited filed the intimation with both the National Stock Exchange (Symbol: PRESTIGE) and BSE (Scrip Code: 533274) on 1 October 2026 under the applicable listing regulations.
