Patna, August 26, 2026: Bihar RERA has revamped its website to make it easier for homebuyers to check important information about registered projects, promoters and real estate agents before buying a property.

One of the key additions is the availability of project and promoter rankings, giving buyers another way to assess a developer before booking a home.

The new website has separate sections for the public, homebuyers, promoters and real estate agents. Buyers can access details of registered projects, promoter rankings and registered agents from the portal.

Bihar RERA has also simplified the process for submitting Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs). Buyers who have already booked a property can access a summary of project-related information and track its progress more easily.
