Prestige Estates Projects' Net Profit Rises 111.61% to ₹1,305.4 Crore in FY26

New Delhi, May 22: Prestige Estates reported a 111.61 per cent surge in net profit to ₹1,305.4 crore for FY26. Total income increased by 70.58 per cent to ₹13,195.5 crore.
Q4 FY26 Performance
In Q4 FY26, net consolidated total income grew by 160.71 per cent to ₹4,143.5 crore, compared to ₹1,589.3 crore in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax stood at ₹291.8 crore in Q4 FY26, against ₹43.1 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
Dividend and NCD Issuance
The board recommended payment of a final dividend of 20 per cent (₹2 per share) for FY26. The board also approved issuance of non-convertible debentures for an aggregate amount up to ₹2,000 crore on a private placement basis, subject to shareholder approval.
Operational Performance
The company recorded sales of ₹30,024.5 crore and collections of ₹18,514.6 crore from the residential segment. Average price realisation was ₹14,470 per sq ft for apartments and villas in FY26.
Key Ratios and Leadership
Net debt stood at ₹10,908.2 crore, average cost of debt was 9.33 per cent, and debt-equity ratio was 0.65 as on March 31, 2026. The board also approved redesignation of Uzma Irfan as whole-time director for a period of five years effective from May 21, 2026.
