HeidelbergCement India's Profit Falls Over 10% to ₹45.21 Crore in Q4 FY26

New Delhi, May 26: HeidelbergCement India reported a 10.38 per cent decline in Q4 net profit to ₹45.21 crore. The company recommended a 70 per cent dividend for FY26.
Q4 Financial Performance
The company had reported a net profit of ₹50.45 crore in the January-March quarter a year ago. Revenue from operations was up 5.5 per cent to ₹646.22 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹612.46 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago. Total expenses were at ₹586.77 crore, up 5.9 per cent year-on-year.
Sales Volume and Price Impact
"This increase was primarily due to a 7.8 per cent increase in sales volume and was partially offset by a decrease in prices by 2 per cent," the company said. Its EBITDA per tonne decreased by 10 per cent to ₹649 in the March quarter. Sales volume went up 7.8 per cent to 1,354 kilo tonnes.
Full Year Performance
For the entire FY26, HeidelbergCement India's net profit was up 25.5 per cent to ₹133.97 crore, while revenue increased 7.6 per cent to ₹2,361.27 crore.
Dividend
The board recommended a dividend of 70 per cent, which is ₹7 per equity share, for the financial year 2025-26. HeidelbergCement India is a subsidiary of Heidelberg Materials, a German multinational building materials company.
