NLMC to E-Auction 459 RINL Land Parcels in Visakhapatnam

Visakhapatnam, September 2, 2026: The National Land Monetisation Corporation (NLMC) will e-auction 459 land parcels owned by Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) in Visakhapatnam, covering a combined area of 93,572.21 square yards.

The land parcels are located in HB Colony and Auto Nagar and will be offered for outright sale with clear, encumbrance-free government titles. Individual plots range from approximately 128.94 square yards to 2,728 square yards.

Quikr India Pvt. Ltd. has been appointed as the transaction consultant to facilitate the auction process. The bidding will be conducted through the RailTel E-Nivida e-Procurement Platform on October 12 and October 16, 2026.

Prospective buyers will have to complete online registration and KYC verification before participating in the auction. An Earnest Money Deposit of Rs 2 lakh per plot will also be required.

The auction is part of NLMC's efforts to monetise surplus land assets of government-owned enterprises through a transparent bidding process. The availability of government-titled land parcels in established parts of Visakhapatnam could attract interest from investors, businesses and other eligible buyers.
