Several of India's largest developers still have results to publish. Here are the confirmed dates and the numbers brokerages were looking for.

Confirmed dates

  • Monday, October 19: Oberoi Realty investor call on its Q2 results

  • Thursday, October 22: Mahindra Lifespace Developers, Q2 FY27 results

  • Friday, October 23: Godrej Properties, with an investor call at 5 p.m. IST

  • Wednesday, October 28: Anant Raj

What HDFC Securities expected for Q2 pre-sales (preview dated Oct 7)

  • Godrej Properties: about Rs 7,500 crore, down roughly 12% from Rs 8,505 crore a year earlier

  • Lodha: about Rs 5,100 crore, up about 12% from Rs 4,560 crore

  • Brigade: about Rs 1,850 crore, down about 9%

  • Mahindra Lifespace: about Rs 910 crore, up about 21%

These are estimates, not results. I could not confirm a Q2 operational update for Lodha or Godrej at the time of writing.

 

What has already reported?

Prestige (Rs 7,225 crore), Puravankara (Rs 2,136 crore), Kolte-Patil (Rs 1,019 crore), Oberoi (Rs 9,150 crore) and DLF (Rs 3,800 crore) have posted strong bookings, so the bar is high.

What to watch

For Godrej, whether it can match Q1's strong bookings (up 22%) while profit has been under pressure, since Q1 profit fell 42%. For all of them, the festive quarter guidance after the RBI's rate hike.
