Prozone Realty Sells Mall Assets for ₹1,242 Crore, Eyes New Property Projects

New Delhi, August 26, 2026: Prozone Realty has sold its operational mall assets to Inorbit Malls (India) for ₹1,242.50 crore. The transaction was completed on August 24, 2026, according to the company’s BSE filing.

Under the deal, Inorbit Malls acquired 100% ownership of Kruti Realtors and Developers, Alliance Mall Developers and Empire Mall, either directly or indirectly. These companies have now ceased to be subsidiaries of Prozone Realty.

Prozone to Focus on New Developments

The company said the transaction will help monetise its operational mall assets. Prozone will retain several land parcels, including 6.4 acres through Hagwood Commercial Developers and 9.82 acres through Prozone Horizons.

It also continues to hold around 41 acres in Nagpur and 43 acres in Indore, along with a stake in a 9.63-acre project at Oshiwara, Andheri.

What It Means for Property Investors

Prozone Realty plans to focus on residential and commercial development, particularly across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The retained land parcels could provide the company with future development opportunities as it shifts its focus from operating malls to real estate development.

Grihik Takeaway: The ₹1,242.50-crore asset sale gives Prozone Realty greater scope to unlock value from its remaining land bank and pursue new residential and commercial projects in key markets.
