NBCC Opens Branch Office in Australia to Expand Overseas Business

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited has registered a branch office in Australia as part of its efforts to expand its overseas presence and pursue international business opportunities.

According to the company’s stock exchange disclosure dated September 14, 2026, the Australian branch office has been registered under Australian Registered Body Number (ARBN) 701 405 218.

The branch is located in South Yarra, Victoria 3141, Australia.

 

Focus on PMC and EPC Services

NBCC said the branch office has been established to undertake Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services and other Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts in Australia.

The company will undertake these activities in association with Australian firm Goldfields Pvt. Ltd.

NBCC said the move is aimed at expanding its footprint in overseas markets and generating revenue from international business opportunities.
