Ekta World Bets ₹1,200 Crore on Premium Office Spaces Across Mumbai’s Western Suburbs
MUMBAI, August 31, 2026: Ekta World has launched a new premium commercial real estate platform targeting established business locations in Mumbai’s western suburbs, with a planned portfolio worth around ₹1,200 crore.
Called The Business District Collection (TBDC), the platform brings together six office projects across Bandra, Khar and Santacruz West under a single brand.
Six Office Projects Planned
The portfolio includes two outright developments and four redevelopment projects. The company plans to focus on established commercial stretches around Linking Road, Hill Road and Turner Road.
These neighbourhoods already have strong residential, retail, hospitality and entertainment infrastructure, which the developer believes can make them attractive to businesses seeking premium office addresses.
Businesses Looking Beyond Office Space
The platform is aimed at a range of occupiers, including founder-led businesses, professional services firms, media and creative companies, boutique financial institutions, family offices and corporate teams.
