Lucknow LDA Plans Over 3,000 Flats Across Affordable and Premium Housing Projects
Lucknow | September 24, 2026: Homebuyers in Lucknow could soon get access to a wider range of housing options as the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) prepares multiple residential projects across key parts of the city.
The upcoming developments span affordable housing in Anant Nagar and Sharda Nagar to premium apartments in Aishbagh, Basant Kunj, Gomti Nagar and CG City. Across the projects announced so far, the planned supply runs into thousands of flats, with prices ranging from around ₹75 lakh to ₹1.11 crore for some of the premium offerings.
Aditi Apartments to Bring 1,392 Affordable Flats
The largest project in the current pipeline is Aditi Apartments in Anant Nagar, where LDA plans to develop 1,392 affordable homes across five residential towers.
The project will comprise:
- 412 one-bedroom flats
- 980 two-bedroom flats
- Five residential towers

Aishbagh Square Targets Premium Buyers
At Mill Road in Aishbagh, LDA is planning Aishbagh Square, a premium residential project with 384 three-bedroom apartments.

Each apartment will have an area of around 1,900 sq ft, with an indicative price of approximately ₹1.11 crore.
This puts the project at a substantially higher price and size point than LDA's affordable housing developments, giving the authority a presence across different segments of Lucknow's housing market.
Basant Kunj Project Starts From ₹75 Lakh
LDA's Park View Apartment project in Basant Kunj, opposite Rashtra Prerna Sthal, is planned with 364 flats across four towers.
The project will include:
- 3-BHK apartments
- 3-BHK apartments with servant rooms
Officials have indicated prices in the range of ₹75 lakh to ₹95 lakh.

Nautica Greens Moves From Gomti Nagar Extension to CG City
LDA has also changed the location and scale of its earlier Narmada Apartment project.
Originally planned in Gomti Nagar Extension with 300 flats and 12 penthouses, the project has now been shifted to CG City and renamed Nautica Greens.
The revised proposal is significantly larger, with:
- 500 flats
- 20 penthouses
The change means prospective buyers will need to track the revised project details rather than relying on the specifications of the earlier Gomti Nagar Extension proposal.
Lake View Apartment Planned in Gomti Nagar
LDA is also preparing the Lake View Apartment project in Viraj Khand, Gomti Nagar.
The development is being planned as a premium housing project, with its detailed project report currently being finalised.
Construction is expected to begin after the necessary approval is received.

LDA vice-chairperson Prathamesh Kumar said the projects are being planned with landscaped areas and modern amenities.
