New Delhi, May 25: Surya Roshni reported a 17.54% decline in net profit to ₹285.81 crore for FY26, despite a 1.73% increase in total income to ₹7,594.39 crore.

Q4 FY26 Performance

In Q4 FY26, net consolidated total income increased by 1.13 per cent to ₹2,179.13 crore, compared to ₹2,154.88 crore in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax dipped by 24.44 per cent to ₹98.30 crore in Q4 FY26, against ₹130.09 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

MD's Statement on Lighting Segment

Raju Bista, managing director, said, "March 2026 was our highest-ever sales month across every business category. Revenue for FY26 grew seven per cent year-on-year to ₹1,809 crore in lighting and consumer durables. Professional lighting sustained double-digit revenue growth for the full year, achieving revenue of ₹473 crore, being 26% share of total revenue, and ended Q4 with an order book of ₹160 crore."

Segment Performance

In Q4 FY26, the lighting and consumer durables segment reported revenue of ₹501 crore, registering nine per cent year-on-year growth. For FY26, revenue stood at ₹1,809 crore against ₹1,690 crore, a growth of seven per cent year-on-year. EBITDA and PBT stood at ₹156 crore and ₹115 crore in FY26.

Dividend and Outlook

The board recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share (50%) for FY26. Vinay Surya, managing director, said, "Over the next 3-4 years, we are targeting volume growth of approximately 25% annually in the lighting business, supported by deeper distribution penetration, premiumisation, and continued investments in brand building."
