What is the outlook?
Sunteck has kept its FY27 pre-sales growth guidance at 25% to 30%. First-half pre-sales are up 19%, so the second half must grow faster to hit it (our observation). Investors are also tracking legal matters: a dispute over a CIDCO lease premium and a partnership arbitration.
