Shriram Properties' Net Profit Up 30.41% to ₹100.81 Crore in FY26

New Delhi, May 25: Shriram Properties witnessed a 30.41 per cent surge in net profit for FY26, reaching ₹100.81 crore. Total income climbed 39.40 per cent to ₹1,356.93 crore.
Q4 FY26 Performance
In Q4 FY26, net consolidated total income increased by 55.02 per cent to ₹662.73 crore, compared to ₹427.51 crore in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax grew by 64.77 per cent to ₹78.53 crore in Q4 FY26, against ₹47.66 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
Sales and Collections
SPL reported sales bookings of ₹2,354 crore (4.2 million sq ft) during FY26. For Q4, sales bookings stood at ₹663 crore (1.3 million sq ft). Customer collections reached ₹1,661 crore in FY26. Quarterly collections were up 12 per cent year-on-year at ₹511 crore in Q4 FY26.
Project Pipeline and Deliveries
SPL handed over 3,465 homes/plots in FY26. The company added seven new projects with 3.5 million sq ft aggregate development potential and gross development value (GDV) of ₹3,500 crore. SPL is at an advanced stage of concluding several projects with over seven million sq ft development potential, likely during H1 FY27.
Financial Position
Net debt stood at ₹438 crore, leading to a debt-equity ratio of 0.30x. On a full-year basis, SPL generated operating cashflows of ₹271 crore and free cash flow before new project investments of ₹224 crore in FY26. It invested nearly ₹370 crore towards new project investments during the year.
