The Jharkhand government has appointed former Director General of Police (DGP) Ajay Kumar Singh as the new Chairperson of the Jharkhand Real Estate Regulatory Authority (JHARERA). Retired judge Nalin Kumar has also been appointed as a Member of the authority. The appointments have been notified by the Urban Development Department after receiving the Governor's approval.
