DDA Festive Housing Scheme: 4,000+ Flats Expected, Narela

New Delhi: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is preparing a new housing scheme around Dussehra and Diwali, with more than 4,000 one-, two- and three-BHK flats, mainly in Narela, according to a Daily Jagran report. This is reported as expected, not yet an official launch.
What is expected
-
Timing: October to November 2026
-
Details: registration fees and booking terms will come only when DDA releases the brochure
Existing schemes
Two Narela schemes with a 25% discount currently run alongside:
-
Karmayogi Housing Scheme: for serving and retired government employees, with 1 and 2 BHK flats in Narela Pockets 6, 9 and 13
-
Nagarik Housing Scheme: open to the public, with 616 MIG 2 BHK and 567 HIG flats in Narela Pockets 3 and 4
Bookings for both were set to close at the end of September, and the report says DDA is likely to extend them by about one month.
What buyers should do
Watch DDA's official website and portal for the brochure. Verify eligibility, flat categories and registration dates directly with DDA before applying, and be careful of agents promising early access.
